Embarking on a fitness journey in 9th grade marked the beginning of a transformative chapter in my life. As a skinny-fat 15-year-old, I vividly remember being pinned to the bench under a mere 65lbs. Little did I know that this moment would ignite a passion for fitness that would define the next two decades of my life. From dirty bulks and intense powerlifting sessions to competitive sports and martial arts coaching, my journey has been diverse and filled with challenges, victories, and an ever-expanding pool of knowledge.
